This project was created during a three months internship at Squaws in 2015.


SQUAWS is a branding agency who have more than 30 years experience as brandbuilders. They work with highly efficient, holistic tools, which help you place the brand right in the heart of the target group.


The designprocess started with a thorough market analysis and to gather inspiration using a mood board including photography, designs, illustrations, color palettes, textures and descriptive words in order to define the direction of the project. Based on a Native American theme, we created graphic icons and banners to support the visual identity of Squaws. Then we created mockups using wireframes including the most important user stories. Then we started to build the website using Squarespace CMS. We chose the Squarespace platform due to its intuitive framework that allow easy maintenance of the website, which was a requirement from the client.
